The ROBOCON CLUB L.D.C.E. was initiated by the TEAM ROBOCON – 2011 in L.D. College of Engineering to create a team full of different ideas and willingness to convert those ideas into the real creation which was later named as ‘YANTRA’ – The ROBOCON L.D.C.E. Club.

The basic purpose of this club is to share knowledge about the quick developing technology – ‘ROBOTICS’ among the members of the club. Each year seminars and workshops for new innovation and advance technologies are held for the members of the club by senior club members as well as alumni students.

We think, design, create and develop the machines to automate the task and for improvisation of the performance graph.

The club – ‘YANTRA’ help students for designing of the mechanisms for a proper function as well as conducting the techno-eventual seminars and workshops for futuristic technological development.

It has started finding more application in industries where man power is replaced by artificial intelligence and hence it can work with precision as compared to a human being proving to be a profit for industries. It is also finding applications in domestic purposes and working according to the program. Nowadays robots are developed which can help military campaigns also. Hence we can say that robotics is a big boon for human race in the near future itself.
